Firma je osnovana 1981.godine pod nazivom “Proizvodno, uslužni Centar Boban”, a ideja o sadašnjoj glavnoj delatnosti počela je da se ostvaruje krajem 80-tih godina sa ekspanzijom privatnih preduzeća, te kao kruna poslovanja našeg osnivača i vlasnika, nastaje kompanija "Centar Boban Holding".

Te 1990. godine počinje sa radom, a zamišljen kao jedinstveno mesto namenjeno automobilistima, Auto Centar Boban. Tokom sledeće decenije razvio se od perionice automobila i skromnog auto servisa, do sada već možemo reći, najvećeg autocentra u Srbiji. Zasigurno Centar Boban nudi najkompletniju ponudu usluga automobilistima.

Godine uložene u razvoj i modernizaciju samog centra doživele su potvrdu uspešnog poslovanja dvema laskavim titulama:
